Room was clean except for mold in shower ceiling. Parking lot terrible. Got flat on the way home; not sure if from parking lot but possible. Bella Burgess was wonderful attendant was doing her best but had little help while we were there.

There was no breakfast left either day of our stay. Nothing was restocked for anyone who wasn’t there at 6:30 to eat even though breakfast was until 10. Two staff were cleaning rooms well past midnight being very loud in the hallway making it difficult to sleep.

The staff was friendly but understaffed for a busy weekend. The tv didn’t work- no pillows in my room- no towels. The rooms all smelled like cigarettes. It was one of the worst experiences ever!

The stay was very nice. The room was very clean and well kept, The breakfast options were nice. Located very close to the freeway but was still very quiet. If they are in our travel path again, we will definitely stay again.

Myself and 2 children stayed 1 night. Room floor was not clean and had a greasy film all over it. My daughter hated it and even said she didnt trust the beds so she checked it for bugs. All over the hallways and in the room the smells were terrible. The whole bathroom ceiling had mild/mold on it that had come through the paint and the shower head didnt even spray correctly. The parkinglot is in terrible condition with pot holes everywhere. And the breakfast was waffles and some breads. The toaster was half broken and nobody restocked anything until another family waited for a considerable amount of time and spoke up. Overall I will never be staying or recommending this place to anybody!

We extended our stay here because of how awesome this place is! It’s quiet, affordable, has breakfast in the morning, someone is always kind, smiling, and the charm of this place, super nice. This is an older hotel with still the grand staircase, huge complex, room to park commercial trucks, etc! It was worth it to be located right here new to the area, and we recommend!

Our stay was terrible. We checked in at 10 pm and honestly couldn’t wait to leave at 7 am. The room was filthy, the bedding looked less than fresh, the pillows were flat and old looking. While showering the tub filled with water up to nearly the top and never drained, so that tells me this was not a new problem. We tried lifting the drain plug several times to no avail. The tissue box was empty. All of the doors were covered in serious grime. There was nowhere clean to touch the doors. Our sneakers stuck to the floors as we walked. It was just overall, gross. We only stayed out of desperation for a room at 10 o’clock at night. The breakfast consisted of either waffles or toast or cereal. Nothing else. No fruit. No eggs. Nothing. The parking lot had so many potholes it was difficult to navigate. Spoke to manager on way out and all she could tell me was she was sorry. Would NOT recommend staying here!!
