The floor wasn't very well vacuumed. And im pretty certain we booked a room with two queen beds and we got a room with 1 full sized bed. No communication was made about this change and it made for a very uncomfortable stay, also the permanent residents make for an uncomfortable atmosphere. Overall me or my family will not be staying here again.

Located within walking distance to shopping and eating. Quaint room. Very quiet. Will definitely stay there again. Only downfall is the hills in/out of the property. Walking can be tricky.

Just so-so, nothing special here! To start off, when we checked in, it smelled like wet dog/stale smoke, or old something with an old lady perfume candle going. Blah!! The room was dim- only 1 light, we weren’t given WiFi information so I don’t even know if it was available, the main door handle was wobbly, the shower handle fell off when I turned it and the carpet was old. The bathroom was newly renovated so that was nice. But that’s not enough to make us want to come back to this place.

It was ok for a 1 night stay. Checked in by 4pm checked out by 530am. Don't plan on a clean room but the bed is clean i checked. They could use more pillows the ones they had are very soft so no real head support.

We had to wait over 2 hours after the 4oclock check in time for the manager to open the office. He comped a night for our trouble. The building is old and dog eared. The room was not overly clean, but we lived with it.

There were no staff there for over 30 minutes to check us in. Not answering the phone. In all fairness the host was fixing an issue in another unit apparently.

You can see the ocean from the room through the trees. The breeze through the window was great. Very old furniture and none-working electronics. The overhead light that was attached to the light switch didn’t work and the outlets on the lamp didn’t function. One side of lamp didn’t work. We had to move the bed to get to an outlet that worked. Everything in the room was unplugged and didn’t have enough outlets for their appliances. There was a pill on the floor by the toilet and black hairs everywhere around the sink. It seemed to have been cleaned quickly or lazily. Paper thin walls, I could hear the neighbors up watching tv and banging into things until 3:00am. We only stayed one night, but it was restless for sure. I would suggest bringing something for white noise to drown out the neighbors and HWY 101. Expect a cold shower, no matter how hot you turn it up, it’s lukewarm at best unfortunately. Front desk office smelled HORRIBLE of smoke while checking in, but tons of warning of no smoking everywhere. Glad the rooms didn’t stink. Front desk staff were friendly though.
