Had a lovely stay , Sharon (and Teddy) , were extremely friendly and welcoming . Our room and the guest house in general was very clean and the breakfast was lovely (I had the Full English both days). The location was very good with only a 10-15 minute into the main part of town or a 20 second walk to the beach front . Well worth the high rating it already has , thanks Sharon for a great stay !!!

Sharon, one of the owners, makes this place special. She asks your name, and continues to use it in such a friendly manner that you feel like she sees you as a friend staying with her, rather than a paying guest. The breakfasts are very good and you never feel rushed to eat up and leave the breakfast room. Location wise it is spot on, with everything you need only a few minutes walk away. The rooms are clean, and the beds are very comfortable. I cant recommend this place highly enough and would definitely stay here again.

We loved absolutely everything! Sharon and Neil were the perfect hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. We just felt at home as soon as we arrived. Our room was so comfortable as was the bed. The guest house owner messaged before arrival to find out the arrival time so all was ready. A very warm welcome was ready for us. We were showed to our room and everything about our stay was explained in detail. The room was very clean and lots of extras like plenty of products in the bathroom, tea, coffee, biscuits and cakes on arrival. Breakfast had a lot to offer, full English, cereal, fresh fruit etc Overall an excellent stay and guest house, highly recommend
