The room really needs to be upgraded. Its incredibly dated, curtains are so old, they have holes where fabric used to be. The carpet is worn badly. They seem to not understand what a wash cloth is, after asking them twice to bring some to the room. There were not enough towels in the room, or toilet paper. The jacuzzi bath was disgusting with mold, we wisely decided not to use it. Tile in the bathroom was cracked, with ants finding their way in through it. The wallpaper had masking tape on it, in an effort to keep it together, but it was failing & unsightly. The cups & glasses were not cleaned properly. The ceiling fan barely worked, and it drooped badly. It just really seemed to us, that they couldn't be bothered with providing any sort of good service. It's really sad this motel has gone down in service, yet the price hasn't been adjusted for the decline of the rooms. They close the office by 8pm, so make sure you check your room thoroughly before that time, or you are s.o.o.l. until whatever time in the morning.

The property could be so cute but the lack of upkeep and care is obvious- outside the fences are falling down theres trash and debris, the patio areas have been completely ignored and unmaintained Inside there’s pealing wallpaper, water damage, mold, lack of cleaning standards, frayed carpet , a very broken tv that didn’t work and that wasn’t even plugged in (in bedroom ) and a cheap broken down couch to gross to dare sit on in the living space

It says luxury suites however the 1 bedroom king suite we stayed in was very old and outdated. The heater in the bedroom didn’t work and the living room did not have a coffee table which most of the suites have. The carpet was very old and stained with what appeared to be pet damage, it just felt dirty. We’ve stayed here in the past but this time our experience was not as pleasant from the moment we checked in.
