hotel simples mas tudo dentro do combinado. na porta do zion park . qundo chegamos , foi avisado que o chekin era as 15:00 saimos para dar uma volta a pé e quando voltamos as 15:15 o hotel estava fechado. tinha um telefone em um cartaz na porta , para fazer o chekin. foi muito complicado , mas conseguimos. chegando ao quarto, esta sujo e desarrumado,timemos de ligar de novo e com muito custo, arrumaram . cafe da manhã é só iorgute e cafe.

Convenient location, and overall a good stay. Breakfast was not provided, although advertised. Staff was not available after 3 pm. Any issue and you are on your own after 3 pm.

Great place if you're on a budget. The room was clean and the lodge is in a great location. Unfortunately, the front desk is only open until 3 PM. All communication was via text after that. The WIFI was terrible and prevented me from communicating with the front desk easily after 3PM. Since the WIFI was bad, the streaming TV didn't work well. Baseboard tile in the bathroom was falling off and revealed mold. The window was broken and repaired(?) with blue painter's tape. Breakfast included? Breakfast was an apple and a yogurt in a bag. The quaint diner/cafe that used to be at this lodge is now a Chinese restaurant. All of this wasn't shocking given the price of the room.

What can you say. This is ZION. But the Pioneer Lodge needs to be updated given its location to park entrance. Its amenities were scratch as best. Worst display of a continental breakfast and the bed is a safety hazard with the bedframe sticking out to catch a shin.

Room was newly renovated and it was clean, however it had no wardrobe to hang any clothes. There was no coffee or coffee maker in the room. We were promised breakfast at 7am, but we waited until 7:45am and there was nothing. The front desk told us that a breakfast bag would be saved for us when we returned in the afternoon, but when we went back at 2:30pm, no one was at the reception even though it was supposed to be manned until 3pm.

Not worth the stay

Terrible experience. The hotel is outdated and by far the worst place I’ve stayed in Zion. The rooms are extremely small, the parking lot and spaces are tiny, and the overall setup is inconvenient. I’m okay with budget stays, but not this one. If you’re just looking for a bare-bones place to crash after exploring, it might work—but it’s definitely not worth the cost. No breakfast included, and the self-check-in process feels impersonal. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The building itself and the decor are absolutely beautiful! I was disappointed in the maintaining of the building though, you can definitely see it has aged and there were cracks in the walls of the restroom. The room itself was gorgeous, it was the smaller details adding up. The receptionist was lovely as well, she was very helpful and gave us suggestions. I would definitely come again
