Really enjoyed our stay, mostly thanks to the staff, who couldn't have been more helpful! A few niggles though: no salt, sugar or pepper in the kitchen, the TV didn't work, and the floor was uneven and broken in spots, which is a real safety risk. Sort those out and it's a winner.

Highly recommend staying here. We were nervous about the cleanliness of the hotel based on previous reviews, but our rooms were very clean! The hotel staff was also so helpful and communicative. They were very responsive to emails and calls and were nothing but kind. The hotel is also in a great location and we felt very safe staying here.

The location was excellent, literally in the heart of Brussels. The apartment had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, both of which were clean and comfortable, although the beds were a touch firm. There was some street noise from below, but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Great location, safe, convenient. The room was comfy, entry was easy once you are able to get your codes etc. Fair warning: there were no staff on site, but we had no problem with that. It was overall a pretty excellent choice of a place to stay!

Good location and it is secure, but it is in need of a major renovation. The bathroom is clean, but there are broken tiles a loose towel holders. The TV is very old and not a smart TV. There was dust on shelves and on TV. There is also noise from bathroom next door. Difficult to use the lift when cleaning staff are using it to move trollies etc.

Staff were quick to respond and friendly! The apartment is located in a great spot with ease of access from train and to the hub of Brussels tourism. The apartment allows for great space and relaxation. The small appliances need to be repaired and the apartment needs a repaint.
