Check in was rough, the lady at the counter couldn’t care less. We asked for higher floor but was given room # 535.
View at room 535 was literally multiple mechanical plants, what made it worse was human hairs on the floor and brown stain on toilet bowl when we went to use it for the first time. Robe track was covered in dust too.
Parking validation process was painful. The same lady at the check in made it very vague that they may be able to waive it if we spend or play. We then served by the same lady after dinner (another unpleasant experience) as asked to validate the parking, then got told all done. We were also offered to changed to a different room, but can tell she didn’t want to assist further.
Upon check out, we were asked to pay for parking. To this point we all felt the whole stay became a joke.
The lady at the check out show no emotion, maybe I am just a bronze member.
In conclusion, service was less than average, although the room appeared a bit tired, but was evident that cleaning was rushed. Would be nice if the counter clerk could put on some smiles.
Food hygiene and safety needs to be looked at but this was a separate issue.
