Pleasant Stay

The room was clean and spacious, comfortably accommodating one or two people. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to popular areas such as Orchard Road and Clarke Quay. We reserved a family room at the property as we were a party of 3. The mattress on the beds were horrible, sleeping on wood be more comfortable. They offered us a deluxe room, but it would not accommodate our kid. We had to look for a new property immediately as it was impossible to sleep on the beds. After traveling for over 25 hours a comfortable beds is much needed. We had no choice but to book ourselves in another hotel, and we checked out within an hour of checking In. We are requesting a full refund of our charges that were prepaid because they refused to give us any refund. If the room and the beds were not so crappy, we would have stayed, but they were simply way too uncomfortable for us to even sleep a single night.

Citadines Connect City Centre is very conveniently located within 5 minutes walk to Dhoby Ghaut Station. It was quiet and the facilities of this hotel was quite new. The room was small but it was comfortable and cozy. The staff was quick to resolve any issues during the stay and they were all very courteous. I would certainly stay at this hotel again if I come to Singapore.

The room is clean and easy to use. Bathrooms are easy to dry, so washed clothes can also be dried easily. I wish I could have eaten breakfast, as there is an additional charge for it, but unfortunately I was unable to have a good conversation and was turned down.

Overall positive experience with the cleanliness and size of the room. However the room is not nicely sound proofed. I could hear people laughing loudly next room and doors banging late nights/ early mornings. Asked for earplugs but hotels don’t provide. Not recommend any light sleepers to stay.

This hotel is in a great location and within a close walking distance to Dhoby Ghaut MRT. The room was clean with complimentary drinks in the mini fridge and snacks. There’s iron and ironing board in the room so you don’t need to ask if you need it. Also, there are two water bottles to take during your stay and you can find a filtered water tap for drinking. I’m so pleased staying at this hotel, definitely recommended for solo travel. I feel safe and absolutely convenient to go anywhere from this hotel alone. There are local cafe and budget restaurant just next to the hotel, if you just want to have a very cheap local food. From Changi airport I took a taxi (Grab) and spent SGD 34. When I went back to the airport, the hotel staff kindly helped me to get a taxi and from the hotel to Changi airport I paid about SGD 28. The hotel staff are helpful and friendly, especially Shaun, he kindly helped me weighing my luggage. Thank you so much, Shaun!

Room condition is average, although it is supposed to be a new hotel. Dirt on walls, floor and bed. Not sure if janitor has well cleaned the room before check in. One of the electric sockets is not working. Expect a room with basic but not expecting it as a brand new hotel room condition. Free mini bar but I didn’t use any of them. No bottled still water maybe it is for eco friendly. There is a filtered water tap available in bathroom but didn’t use it either. Space is limited. Not enough space to put personal amenities in bathroom especially shower area. Requested a quiet room but the door banging from other rooms, kids shouting in corridor or even noise of people walking in the corridor woke me up few nights. Staffs are friendly and positive attitude. Average stay, will look for another option next time

Not value with the price has paid. Location to orchard road was great. walking distance. But beside nothing attractive . Room are not well built . Sound can be hear . To recap the situation that upon checking in, was told to sign confidential form as a protection on our stay during this duration on phone number and detail of personal particular included the credit card to sign in for deposit . We have to place a deposit for our stay of SING 100 WITH CREDIT CARD AS A PROOF. All particular are protector upon signing However what shock me was , 2 hour later after checking I received a PHONE CALL from Malaysia NUMBER +6014 2196895 informing me that I have sign SING 7000.00 . And if you do not preform this transaction , please press 1. Hence I do not follow the call and hung up . On the next day I had make a complain with the front deck offices on Wednesday 23/10/24 First how do the scammer know we are in Singapore and which number to contact. That's very suspicious that someone in the hotel must have selling the guest data. Would like to have your explanation . disappointed stay !!!!!!
