This hotel could be a real gem if someone had the money to do just a few updates. The carpet, i'm guessing, is the original from 1972 and it smells like it. Walking down the hallway to the elevator & inside the elevator was a combination stench of mold, urine, and feet. There was no ventilation to help take any of the humidity out of the area.
The rooms are big with a fridge & microwave. Again, take the old carpet out & replace with vinyl. The air conditioner worked great & the room itself did not have the same smell. The beds & pillows could also be updated.
The attached restaurant is nice, but once again, replace the old nasty carpet and you would have a great old-time supper club atmosphere.
