The owner did not honor the reservation I paid for stating hotels.com was wrong and not his problem.. when challenged he become pirated and denied us service for the night.. we were left with no place to stay

The initial room that we checked in into was very dirty with a refrigerator that still had leftover food in it. The room also had a very disgusting smell that signified the room has not been cleaned properly. Breakfast had minimal food, and every single time I went to breakfast, I was monitored over by the staff of how much food I was taking. There were only two towels provided and no toiletries. The pool was not heated at all.And the hot top was barely warm and did not turn on after pressing the button.

The room was visably dusty and we also turned on the heater. Bothered my asthma and gave evryone stuffy noses. Toliet was slow to flush, toilet paper holder loose as was the soap dispenser. Coffee pot was dirty on the inside so couldnt use . Also Outside by room door was a bunch of long boards stacked on ground

Very clean, very friendly staff who made sure our room was close to the hot tub which was a reason we'd booked the hotel in the first place, a nice area for continental breakfast, we felt it was a really great value for the affordable price. The hot tub and pool area was peaceful and so nice, clean and perfect temperatures!

Room was simply out dated but I understand it’s an old hotel it’s a nice place otherwise but unfortunately, when I went to take a shower, the water coming out of the faucet was just brown, so I wouldn’t even take a shower in the room. Honestly, just sad. 😢
