Great location

Perfect location, staff was very helpful and kind, room small but has everything you need and very clean

A nice hotel with great location

This hotel has a great location, close to both Nyhavn and Strøget. Our twin room was smallish but had everything we needed and it was very clean throughout.

So much fun

Staff was awesome, so much fun. Amazing location by the water / Nyhavn and on the same block as very cool bar “Cafe Malmo”.

Fantastic Hotel

Great Location, just off Nyhaven but a short stroll from the main thoroughfare. Well appointed hotel. Great room size. Bathroom space huge. Comfy bed. Not much room in bedroom but for solo trip did the job.

Good location but that’s it

Brief family overnight stay. Went relatively smooth but the room was nothing special. If I had to stay longer I would have moved hotel the next day. The location was exceptional for all activities in Copenhagen.

Comfortable and Convenient

A comfortable stay at a conveniently located hotel. All was as advertised and we would stay again if we return to Copenhagen. Not fancy but what we booked and comfortable

Great

The staff are great, very helpful when needed. Rooms are tiny but its just a place to sleep! Super convenient to Nyhaven. Sophia was a gracious and helpful staff.

Small but really nice room

We enjoyed our stay and will absolutely book again if the price is reasonable as it was this time. Small room but with big window opening to the yard with birds singing in the morning. Perfect bed, the room nicely decorated, the bar in the lobby a bonus. Greatest possible location for visiting Nyhavn and central Copenhagen.

Good location but some improvements needed

The room was very small and the bed almost filled it. The dark walls meant that the limited lighting resulted in dark areas like the wardrobe being difficult to use. We were given 2 key cards but one never worked. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were expensive to we went elsewhere. The big positive was the location. A short walk from the Metro and a short walk to Nyhavn with a large choice of places to eat. Overall we enjoyed our stay but some things could be improved

Very good location

The single rooms are really small and can get very hot in July. Bathroom definitely needs an upgrade.

Ok stay

The location is amazing, right next to the canals. The WiFi irarely worked in my room. This accomplished what I needed as far as a place to stay, but this is far from luxurious.
5-night trip

8/10 Very good

Decent place to crash, no frills

The service was top notch, the room itself was not particularly comfortable. Pretty scratchy towels, the deadbolt wasn’t working and no phone to call downstairs. The outlet is also nowhere near the bed. The details just aren’t well considered, but a fine place to crash for a night or two.
Braden, 1-night trip

Good stay in good location

Good location and the building is nice and modern, but the bed and pillows were not really comfortable and the is a lot of noise all night long (and even more in the morning) because of deliveries. I would recommend earplugs for sure. The room and was okay (2 small beds in our case) but very hot. We were happy to see a ventilator since there was no AC. The hotel is closed to many restaurants and services. You can go for a swim close by. You have a major metro station at maybe 8-10 min on foot. The hotel rent bikes, so that is fun! Overall a good choice because of the price but not overly comfy.
Caroline, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

Tired hotel in a great location.

We booked this hotel because of the location, which was excellent. The hotel itself, though, was tired with very basic amenities. Small room, no tv, no tea/coffee except purchasing downstairs. No daily housekeeping, blocked sink drain and broken shampoo dispenser. Leaving luggage at the end of our stay was a bit haphazard, with bags just piled up in the reception area with no security.
Ceri, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

My 30 year old son stayed in this room. His only complaint was that the wall were so thin he heard the guy in the next room snoring. I find black walls depressing but the younger people staying there did not care
Genine, 8-night trip

4/10 Fair

Unusable wifi

The staff was courteous and provided free luggage storage. However the rooms are extremely small and the biggest issue is that the wifi did not work at all because our room was on the periphery.
3-night trip

6/10 Good

It doesn’t make sense that the hotel elevator doesn’t operate all the time. The elevator is shut down from midnight until 7 a.m. because there is no receptionist on duty. Our flight was in the morning, and we had to carry our suitcases down three floors by the stairs.
Eyal, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Good,bad,ugly

Good: good location, very friendly staff, big room, clean bathroom. Nice entrance and restaurant/bar. Bad: no breakfast buffet, just breakfast plate. ( would have even paid). Whole room was painted weird black. Ugly: shower curtain had mold ( new might cost 10 euros?), no tv, no fridge, no ac. Had to open window and all the street noise is loud! Did not sleep much. My bed was weird, it felt like it was not even, I was sliding to floor. Little things if they fix, this place could be awesome.
Kari, 3-night trip

2/10 Poor

Dirty amd worn out.

The elevator was keeping us awake all night. The stuff could not be bothered. Dirty and totally worn out. We are done with this sanitary rathole.
Lauridsen, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Very average room with no extras at all.

The room lacked a fridge, coffee/tea making facilities, any air conditioning because it was hot because of summer and was also a dark grey room which held heat and absorbed light. The only cooling was via a noisy desk fan. Also it didn’t have a TV and the shower was pretty weak.

Disappointing Stay

We stayed in a 3-bed unit in an adjacent building. Felt like a dingy college dorm room. No frills. Run down. Gross. Our heater in the bathroom didn’t work though I reported it to Sebastian a number of times. He just kept saying it will start working soon. It never did. On two nights I heard what sounded like a rodent in the walls.
