The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and feels like an oasis in La Fortuna. The staff was so nice and helpful. They helped book all our tours, they even prepared us breakfast to go when we left early on our departure day. Beautiful, comfortable, clean. The included breakfast was great and had several options. The farm in the back of the property was a huge hit with our family. There was daily cow milking, egg collecting and pony rides. We saw a couple sloths on the property, too! Hotel is about a 10 minute drive from town and has a few restaurant options within a couple minutes drive. On site restaurant is worth checking out as well. Pool was great with plenty of lounge chairs always available. Hot springs were very nice but the weather was too warm for us to spend much time in them this time around. Highly recommended!

Beautiful property and wonderful staff . Loved our stay here ! Location was perfect as were the cabins, hot pools…our breakfast was great . Watching all the birds in the trees at breakfast each morning was a highlight . The farm was so fun . We were lucky enough to be there when a new little calf was born. Loved the calm and quiet atmosphere here after our very active days . Can’t say enough about how courteous the staff are too .. was such a pleasure to be there .

Property was nice, exceeded expectations. Rooms were cute with each room separate cabins. Property is smaller than it looks in the pictures, and is a bit towered over by a hotel next door. Direct view of volcano. Restaurant was beautiful with lots of birds. Breakfast was great (didn’t try any other meals there). Hot springs were much nicer than in the pictures.
