I found out the highest rate at the hotel was actually 283.00 per night. I have used Hotels.com for many years and this is the first time I have felt that I did not receive the best rate and the rate was actually super inflated. Too inflated by 100.00. I should have known to just call the hotel directly or not stay here. So with that very, very disappointed by Hotels.com for this experience. It would be nice this was recognized and be reimbursed at least 50-75.00. Poor pricing - gauging actually.

Great stay. Location was perfect for what we needed. Good breakfast options. Rooms were clean. The hotel is being renovated as of Jan 2026, but that didn't bother us one bit. Will stay here again when traveling in the area for kid's sports.

Construction started at 9:00am with impact drivers in the room next to ours. Should have told us that when reserving the room. Milk at breakfast was in date, but sour with chucks. Power must have been turned off for the construction.

My wife and i flew in for a wedding and a few of us couldn’t get into the host hotel so we went with the Fairfield inn. Biggest mistake of our trip. No where on Expedia does it say they are doing renovations on the hotel and you will be woken up at 8 am by loud drilling and hammers hitting concert not only on Friday but Saturday too. We were not told at check in but when I mentioned it to the front desk they replied “it’s on their site”. Well I didn’t book through your site and was not informed that I would be woken up at 8 am. Do not stay here if you want a hotel you can actually sleep in at.

I liked the easy parking. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. My room, 210, was very humid! When I got into bed, the sheets had a “wet“ feeling to them. This made it difficult to sleep.

The staff was very pleasant. I was taken aback when they tacked an "incidentals" charge on my stay. $80.00 in the event I took something from the snack area without paying or if I caused damages and slipped out before they were found. This charge came as a surprise since it is not disclosed prior to booking or checking in. I was told it would take several days to be reimbursed to my banking account. Not happy at all about this. When I discussed my concerns with the front desk staff, they were very sweet and apologized, but had no control over the situation. This hotel is undergoing renovations. Mattresses were stacked against the wall in the lobby. I had a concern when the outlet in the room did not work and this was rectified within minutes. Their staff is the redeeming feature at this hotel!!!!

Clean and comfortable

We stayed 2 nights. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, giving us extra coffee for our room. Our room was clean, quiet and well equipped with microwave, mini fridge and coffee pot. The King bed was clean and comfortable. All linens are white and laundered. We did not have a chance to use the pool, but we took advantage of the breakfast spread which had a wide variety of hot and cold options. We were 15 minutes from charming downtown Lakeland where there are plenty of restaurants.
