The Hotels.com post was wrong. It stated there was a jacuzzi and sauna and we were not told of any issues with them. When we got to our room, we read a letter from the GM informing us these facilities were closed for 3-4 months. This was not even mentioned by the straight-faced check in staff.
Very disappointed.
Furthermore, we paid for breakfast and the confirmation stated this. But we were told we had to pay for one of our party.
Hotels.com customer service was painfully slow and did not resolve my issues.
