When we arrived, our room was dirty had a giant cockroach. Also, the bedding was dirty and soiled. They moved us to a different room and upon an inspection there was old vomit on the couch. We promptly asked for a refund and left the property. We ended up staying at a different hotel

The room was dirty with many small bugs. The hotel is hard to find and I would not stay here again. We thought it would be fine, but there were many homeless who stay here as well. The shower only had cold water and the hotel room it self was filthy. I would not stay here.

Second year in a row I stayed here beds are amazing staff is excellent. They leave snacks and NA beer for you in the room.. best shower I have ever taken!! I will stay here every year I come!!

Booked this hotel for a quick trip, really really bad area, connected to a liquor store and there was groups of guys smoking/drinking liquor in the parking lot. Room looked decent but was so dirty, the walls, shower, the soaps were half used, one bed had hair and yellow spots on it.

This hotel is not located in a very family friendly neighborhood. We didn’t even go inside to check in. We waited in the car for about ten minutes and did not like what we saw outside and opted to find a different hotel. It might not be an issue for some but we were not comfortable leaving our car there or staying there with our young child.

I love this hotel but the smoke alarm was chirping all night and the toilet has no water flow an we weren’t able to flush the toilet and it was too late to call the front desk when we realized it. But other than that. It was clean and I do love this hotel.

The rooms were attractively decorated. In-room snacks were a great extra perk! Maid service was not provided on one day even when we hung the sign out requesting it. Hotel is in a great location with friendly staff.
