From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a team of exceptional hotel staff, providing a truly 5 star experience! Special mention to the DM Muskan and cafe staff Fajri for truly wonderful and personalised service!! Staff like this make your stay truly magical. The room was large, and well maintained and perfect for a long stay. I was onlyvstaying a short stay this time but could see how comfortable a longer stay would be. The hotel is infront of public transport, metro and bus, and central for Jakarta.

A cockroach climbed onto my leg while I was sitting replying emails. My room faces the road and it was a bit noisy so I didn’t have a good sleep. However, despite the unpleasant experience, i found the staff to be courteous and helpful . . The room has a washing machine and it’s very useful.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was modern and very clean, with comfortable beds that led to a great night's sleep. This time they just upgraded their room to be very modern and feel homey. The breakfast had a great variety of fresh and tasty options. Our stay was wonderful! The staff were all incredibly kind and hospitable, making my stay here extremely comfortable. I'd like to thank the male staff member who cooked and brought food to my room with a smile even in the middle of the night, the female staff member who asked me every morning if I wanted coffee, and the doorman. The facilities were a little old, but they were well-cleaned, and the traffic congestion I was worried about wasn't that bad. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

comfortable & secured hotel for family use

The hotel was clean and comfortable. In addition the staff are very friendly and helpfull. Security check is required at the entrance and we could feel so safe. 5 minute walking distance to the bus stop and easy to access center of Jakarta as well as Block M, where you can enjoy shopping. There are one restaurant for breakfast and some other small shops for coffee and snacks downstairs. We also found that the water server was broken and it did not work properly during our whole stay. There was blackout at midnight... so surprised! The drain of bathtub and shower booth also did not work well. Overall the stay was comfortable and we will come back when we have chance.
