Could not fault this place. Staff were brilliant, excellent breakfast, fully air conditioned throughout, great location 5mins walk from the station and Richmond town centre, and despite being on the small side, the room had everything you needed including a really comfy bed, a large tv, a great shower, and a coffee machine.

Outstanding Boutique Hotel in Richmond. Facilities were excellent, just very very nice. This is truly a boutique hotel... very nice public areas, fine rooms. Classic rooms are slightly tight, though certain layouts are much more workable/ comfortable than others. Bathrooms good sized. All Staff just outstanding....similar to a Peninsula, Mandarin Oriental, Four Seasons, Park Lane Hilton or JW Marriott ... professional, courteous, highly competent, and looking to measurably be helpful .... they take the extra effort to ensure the guest feels welcome at a 'home away from home.' Highly recommend to family and friends, will return when next in Richmond.
