If we were to go back to Homer the first reservation I'd make is Majestic view B&B. So nice having Maria as a host, she was so accommodating with breakfast. Was so cool having someone who could explain everything about the area and Alaska history. The view from our room/balcony was prime.

The Majestic View has a to-die for view, but the host and the house are also wonderful. Maria, the host, is very friendly and welcoming and she makes an amazing fresh breakfast each morning. The B&B is also her home and it has lots of friendly touches that make it very inviting. We loved staying here and would be thrilled to do so again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Majestic View! The room was clean and very comfortable. The view is amazing! Maria's breakfast was wonderful too. Staying here was a very pleasant experience. We would recommend anyone to stay there.

Fantastic views of Kachemak Bay and State Park from our (Rose) room and from deck. Carb-heavy breakfast with lots of homemade baked dishes, breads and jellies. A little light on veggie protein as for vegetarians. Missed talking to anyone knowledgeable when we arrived or the next morning at breakfast when we were seeking guidance on what to see for our one day there. Very comfortable bed.

Our stay at Majestic View was amazing. The view will leave you absolutely speechless. Maria is the most friendliest bed & breakfast host I have ever met. She makes you feel immediately like you are family. The breakfast Maria serves up is a feast for a king. Everything was delicious. The bed & breakfast was clean and spacious. Thank you Maria for your hospitality. We will definitely come back and stay again.

Perfect stay
Maria's B&B was amazing. We stayed in the Blueberry room and the views through our picture windows was beautiful of the sound, the nearby mountains and the glaciers. Her staff was super, always happy to help, provide information or just chat. The home is super clean, welcoming and comfortable. Her breakfasts are to die for with local jams, jellies and syrups. There are new items every morning homemade and hot. If you go hungry, it is your own fault. Her dogs Blue, Sophia and Sadie roam the property and are a delight. We say moose on two occasions on her property. We will gladly go back to Maria's any time we are in the area.

Maria was a great host. The two breakfasts we had were great. The unit was very clean and well stocked and the view of Kachemak Bay was truly amazing. We had a great time and highly recommend the Majestic View B&B.

Most Enjoyable Stay
We hated leaving the Majestic B & B after two nights. Maria and her staff were most accommodating and the view was amazing! Convenient to Homer and the spit, you won’t regret your stay. Maria’s breakfasts are delicious!
