The hotel was very clean and the staff was great! The only negative was the shower curtain/liner was too short. It stopped right at the top of the tub so water was all outside of the tub. We did mention this to staff so hopefully the get longer ones!

The room was nice and the staff were nice. However, multiple families from our softball team stayed at this hotel. We all had a minimum of 4 people staying in each room. Every room only had 1 or 2 towels. The front desk said they were out when we tried to get more. They didn’t even have hand towels they could give us. We were in a room that slept 6, but had 1 towel. That is extremely unacceptable. Towels are a basic necessity, and there’s no reason we shouldn’t have had enough…especially after coming to this hotel after spending hours sweating at a ball field.

I recently stayed at this Holiday Inn and was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. While the staff was friendly and courteous throughout my stay, the condition of the room was unacceptable. There were coffee rings left on the counter, a visible ring in the toilet, and the shower mat looked as though it had not been moved or cleaned in months. Before I could comfortably stay in the room, I felt compelled to do some cleaning myself. Friendly service is appreciated, but cleanliness is a basic expectation when staying at a hotel. Unfortunately, due to the condition of the room, I would not recommend staying at this location. I would rate this location a 2 out of 5 stars.

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, the staff was friendly, the pool was nice but cold, and the air conditioning worked great. I froze, but my husband and kids enjoyed it! Haha. My kids loved the breakfast being served, especially the pancakes! I will say that the hotel bathrooms in our rooms need a fixture refresh and could use repainting.
