We were greeted with a friendly welcome and check in was smooth. We had a lovely comfortable room with a balcony looking over a small harbour. The continental breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Lots of Restaurants and shops around the hotel. Short walk to the lakeside and Ferry. All staff friendly and helpful.

This is a family run hotel and honestly could not fault it. The location was excellent in the heart of the old town next to the port. The train station and bus area was a ten minute walk away and boats to various places less than 5 minutes. The hotel was excellent, friendly staff and happy to help and chat. The reception team were brilliant and the whole place had a calm and friendly feel. Really good restaurants nearby , ice cream , shops, laundry services etc and the breakfast was delicious, set you up for the day and could be enjoyed outside. This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in during our travels around Italy. The room was clean, comfortable with quality bedding, plenty of towels, hot shower with good toiletries. Would definitely stay here again.
