On our way to the Alps this was a good hotel as a stopover. The hotel is quite new. So the rooms are clean and like never used. Checkin was taking too long. It took me and 2 people before me 30 minutes to check in. Due to only one staff member. Rooms were too hot temperature was difficult to control in one room.

I did a quick 2 days to enjoy Switzerland while staying in Italy. The facility, shuttle service, food and staff was wonderful! Mr. Abraham at the front desk went far and beyond to make sure my tour to the Glacier 3000 was sorted properly and the van came to the hotel instead of meeting them at the airport. I would stay here again.
