Great location and lovely decor. However room was extremely hot with no air con function - only a heating unit that started at 18°C. Consequently, I wouldn’t like to stay here in the summer, as we struggled with the heat over Easter. We used the restaurant on our last night - the food was amazing and the waiter was brilliant. The small spa also has great saunas and a lovely small massage pool.

Staff were helpful and all spoke good english. They did appreciate the very broken polish i tried. Room was amazing and the entire hotel smells amazing. First time in Krakow Hotel was beautiful & clean and so modern Art deco all the way even down to the touch buttons in the shower. Only a few minor issues teh extractor fan on the bathroom did not work.wifi in our room was very slow. TBH we were out most of the time visiting the sites. So not a big problem for us. Loved the hotel & location was only 8 mins feom man square. We would return in a flash. Hotel staff were very helpful.

Amazing hotel in a great quiet location, short walking distance to Old Town Krakow. The staff is absolutely fantastic, always friendly and going above and beyond to assist and accommodate their guests. The SPA area is stunning and it’s a pleasure to relax, take a swim or warm up in the sauna. The rooms are generous, quiet and comfortable.
