The hotel is simple and safe - great value for the money. The staff is helpful and professional. Everything is super clean. The breakfast is decent and a good option if you are in a hurry. Internet can be spotty and there were a couple of brief power outages, probably not the hotel's fault but the Nairobi grid. Highly recommend!

Great stay at Crossroads Hotel. Friendly check-in staff and a clean room, with secure parking and AC included. The price was good for the area. The hotel lobby is on the 5th floor, and it’s very walkable to Sarit and around Westlands. I asked to move to a quieter room and the staff accommodated it right away. I didn’t have any meals, so I can’t comment on the food. Overall, a good experience.
