Very fast check-in, friendly staff and very clean property. Was hesitant at first because I’ve never knew the property was there! Excellent stay and very affordable price. It just a little weekend getaway for my partner and I. Rooms were very spacious and property was extremely quiet.. Definitely will be back..

I was caught off guard by the $100 fee that wasn't on the website that stated "all fees and service are included in THIS final total". So yes be prepared for that which is understandable my only issue is it should have been posted or stated prior to the. That honestly is my only negative but it doesn't deserve a star reduction. YEP breakfast is seriously a hunny bun every single solitary morning. I don't eat breakfast so that wasn't a issue for me. Wendy's,taco bell, Arby's,fair ground and Whataburger are walking distance..like throw a rock and you will hit their property distance. So GREAT, quiet location. 8min away from Ummc. I didn't interact much with the staff other than the daily hello and goodbye. The laundry room was not available during my 4 day stay which was a inconvenience. It was a reason I selected this hotel. Yet that doesn't earn a star reduction lol. Yep I'm crazy nice...but anyway. Definitely recommend. ZERO CARPET ❤️❤️❤️

The fronr desk clerk overcharged me foe the room and blamed it on my bank. Printed up a receipt to try ti state his claim which was a lie. It took me forever to get my deposit back.

Zero personality stay

Hotel was clean. Desk clerk had zero personality. Hotel had zero personality. Room had zero personality. "Breakfast included" consisted of a tray of Honey Buns. That's it. Coffee didn't suck. Seemed safe enough.

We never. He led in! The front desk agent was absolutely rude and unprofessional! Regarding an incidental fee! This was never disclosed when I booked the stay online. I’ve been coming here every other month since last year while. Hacking on family! This attendant was so rude I will never ever set foot back into this establishment and I’m most definitely going to social media regarding this experience

Wonderful Stay

The owners were very friendly. They were talkative and nice. The children were friendly as well. I had a wonderful stay and will be returning. I have moved away, and the children made me miss seeing my grandchildren.

I wouldn’t recommend going here.

Blankets, sheets, chairs, and sofa had stains of different colors. It was pretty disgusting. Corners of the rooms had gooey substances with something like chewed tobacco. A label of “Victoria Secrets” clothing was found on the floor. The walls were poorly insulated. We could hear other rooms people talking during the day, the window was broken and the wall unfinished. The air conditioning system was installed poorly.

Definitely the picture the hotel is using to promote the property is a scam!!! is nothing to what to see when you arrive! the room was clean the towels I think were washed but definitely you don't want to use a stained yellow towel... The TV doesn't work with the control is in the room, and you can't call to the front desk because the phone doesn't work, then you need go over the front desk to reach the person in there for he can turn the signal tv and from there if you turn off you need to go at the front desk for request the same help if you want to watch the TV. I don't know if I was a back luck, but that night was noisy. The breakfast that they offer is a joke! coffee and packed sweets from you don't know when were purchased is not considered a "breakfast" ... Also was the first time in a hotel scan my ID card!!! But the front desk guys were polite and helpful, if I can say they were doing the best with what they have. any way is not a hotel I planning come back!
