Would really not recommend this place. Got the wrong room upon check-in (worse, with no balcony), and a “15% discount for the hassle”, though that’s not a discount, that’s just paying for the less nice room! The room we then got was the only room on the floor, next to the cleaning station, meaning we’d hear the cleaning staff early in the morning, singing with their trolleys (super cute, just not a 6am on a vacation).
The room was nice, though not done… no coat hangers, no towel rack, no closet (only some small drawers and 5 hangers), no charging by the bed, coffee machine was out of order and there was visible mold in the bathroom.
The pool area was poorly maintained; chairs and tables were very dusty, no sun beds, etc. The pool bar looked nice, though closed at all times, even though it was around 30 degrees most days of our 5 night stay.
In all fairness, the staff really did try their best to accommodate a nice stay, it just appeared the hands were tied in many ways, by management.
