By far the most comfortable bed that I have ever slept on in a hotel. It was like sleeping on a cloud. The hotel is in a great location, everything is with in a short walk. The staff was super friendly informative and helpful.

O hotel é maravilhoso, a cama é impressionantemente confortável! Uma das melhores que já dormi! A limpeza é impecável! Eles me parecem muito exigentes com isso! Se eu tiver que pontuar algo negativo, seriam dois itens, sentimos falta do frigobar no quarto e algo que nos incomodou, foi referente ao café da manhã, estava marcando que era até 10:30, e o café é no prédio em frente ao hotel, chegamos exatamente 10:14, ai as duas funcionárias que estavam na recepção nos olharam com espanto quando perguntamos se o café era ali, aí uma delas veio e disse que a última entrada era 10:15, mas que ela iria abrir uma exceção, olhei no relógio e vi que ainda eram 10:14, ou seja, ainda estava dentro do horário, ela nos levou até o café e conversou com a atendente que nos serviu com uma cara péssima, pediu até que eu sentasse em outra mesa, pois aquela área que eu havia escolhido estava fechada, durante todo o tempo que permanecemos lá, nós sentimos bem incomodados, como se de fato estivéssemos atrapalhando o encerramento do serviço, sendo que ainda faltavam 15 minutos para acabar e tinha um outro casal tomando café também. Comemos rapidamente e deixamos o local pontualmente às 10:30, mas achamos bem rude esse atendimento.

WE HAD TO CALL THE POLICE to get us out!

SAFETY ISSUE! There was no staff in our hotel. It was staffed by a different hotel across the street who had to run over and check us in. There was a planned power outage for 5 hours during the heat of the day (90 degrees) that no one told us about. They only give you one room key for two people which you need to leave the hotel otherwise the entrance is locked to people trying to get out of their own hotel. No one checked to make sure there weren’t any guests across the street when the power was off. We were locked in. Had to call the POLIZIA to notify the staff across the street, where there WAS power, because the phones didn’t work, to come let us out of the hotel with no A/C, no running water, no lights. This was a PLANNED power outage and we weren’t given any notice to make accommodations else where. The hotel is really trying to save money on staff and it’s DANGEROUS!!!

O Hotel fica próximo de bons restaurantes e da estação do trem Santa Lúcia. Para aqueles que querem ter uma logística de ir e vir, o hotel é uma excelente opção. Todos super atenciosos e muito simpáticos. Antes de ckeckin e após o checkout, eles permitem guardar as malas e vc passear tranquilo.

This was the best hotel during our trip to Italy! The rooms are very nice, clean, and comfortable. The beds and pillows are the best. The A/C works well. The shower was perfect. The staff was very helpful. This is a great place to stay in Venice! Highly recommend!

A tiny room just as described, but ideally located walking distance from the Venice San Lucia train station. And located near the Guglie water pickup spot for both the vaporettas and the water shuttle to the airport. Pleasantly located outside of the center of Venice so it quiets down at night. And the concierge is a wealth of info, and friendly to boot!

Central, comfortable and nice

My mom and I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The service was impeccable and the staff so kind and helpful. Both the check-in and out was super quick and effective. The rooms were nice and clean - and also cleaned every day of our stay - and the toilets quite fresh. It's located approx 15min from the busstation, which was not an issues for us carrying little baggage. The only thing to consider is that it has a lot of stairs for the rooms on the top for those who have mobility issues, which can then be a problem. Other than that, would definitely come back.
