Not a pleasant stay.
I have had a horrible experience. Hopefully, it can be corrected. I arrived on July 25, 2025, with the leaving date of July 28, 2025. The first day was great. The staff was very helpful. The second day, my key stopped working. Originally, they thought it was the key, so the staff kept having me run back and forth to recode the key. Sometimes they would tell me to wait and that they would bring a key, but no one ever came and I was left in the dark because the key works the electricity. Eventually, I gave up, and I just asked the staff to open the door. They gave me a key that didn’t open the door but did keep the lights on. On July 27th, they upgraded me because my key was not working. Which I was happy with, but then I got an email that stated the hotel had charged my card 28 dollars. I went downstairs to clear the matter up, but the front desk at first stated she saw me with a beer. I explained to her how I came the night before, and the person at the bar stated that y'all can’t sell alcohol. Then she stated that I had breakfast. I asked her to show me some type of proof. I know for sure that I did not order breakfast because I had been sleeping in due to late nights. I just don’t like the dishonesty. Hopefully, it gets fixed. Either way, I will be disputing the charges, but I would like the hotel to give me some type of reason for why and how this happened.
