The only thing I would suggest would be clear signage for the office for check-in but otherwise, it was a great place to stay for the price. It was clean, plenty of towels, and the staff was friendly. And my kids got to play in the snow right outside our room. Hope to return in the summer to enjoy the firepit and outdoor areas. The restaurant was also super convenient.

Sierra Woods Lodge is not just a lovely, forested place to dine and spend the night in a comfy, clean room, it is also a non-profit for a very, very good cause. I didn't know that when I booked my stay, but now I do know, I'll be even more inclined to come back. The food at the "Rustic Cafe" was so, so good. The grounds were lovely, lots of places to sit and view nature. My room was scrupulously clean. The staff was so kind, thoughtful, funny, friendly.
