Not all rooms have a/c so I was surprised when it was adverstised as such and my room had a fan. It was early April so not too hot yet but during the daytime it sure was hot and stuffy. At night I opened the bathroom window. So, I would not stay here over summer or hot periods, in case the room assigned has zero aircon.

A Perfect Stay at Hotel Durango 219!

We had an amazing experience at Hotel Durango 219 in Mexico City. This boutique hotel is a true gem—beautifully designed, incredibly chic, and offering top-notch service from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make everything effortless. Whether it was a request or just general assistance, they were always friendly, accommodating, and quick to help—no hassle, just seamless service. The hotel itself is in a fantastic, trendy neighborhood that feels very safe and is conveniently close to many attractions, making it an ideal location for exploring the city. Our room was modern, stylish, and exceptionally comfortable—perfect for unwinding after a day out. It has 2 restaurants on location and the restaurant downtown stairs, Babero is a 5 star restaurant. It has amazing food & great service! If you’re looking for a boutique hotel with a great atmosphere, outstanding service, and an unbeatable location, I highly recommend Hotel Durango 219. I would absolutely stay here again!

Nice room, great location, lacking hotel amenities

Location is top notch in Roma Norte. Room is good, with great bed and great shower also. Quite loud in the room on a Saturday night, but once the restaurant below closed at midnight it quickly quietened down, and absolutely no noise (other than standard road noise) on Sunday. Worth noting the hotel does not have a proper reception - the reception is a desk next to the restaurant Babero, and the hotel shares its lift with the public going up to Margot. No problems with this for us but it means there is not always a concierge to speak to, at night there is only a security guard.

Central by a lot of noise

Nice hotel. Central and good location. I quickly realised that the ear plugs provided in the room is not a service but a necessity. I was in a room just upstairs from the ground floor restaurant, and the music meant that it was close to impossible to sleep.

Snyggt bekvämt boende i Roma/Condesa

Perfekt läge, stort rymligt rum med trevlig inredning och alla nödvändiga tillbehör. Vi blev väl omhändertagna trots att vi anlände mitt i natten. Stor bekväm säng och rummet bjöd in till att tillbringa några extra minuter mellan aktiviteter i staden.

Excellent stay

Hotel was in the perfect location and was a large and well designed room. Nancy on front desk was excellent help. Only downside is temperature. It's a mobile AC unit which is quite noisy for sleeping, and the bathroom doesn't have AC so is very warm. Otherwise we do recommend this place highly and would stay again.

Really wonderful location with ample opportunities for dining out in the immediate vicinity. Albeit a little loud at night, it’s a small trade off for the views and great room. Would highly recommend for the morning coffee on the balcony alone.

Chambre bien décorée et équipée avec une literie de très bonne qualité. À noter que je j’n’ai pas eu la chambre que j’avais réservée et que cette dernière était très petite et donnais sur la rue très bruyante. De plus au premier étage au dessus d’un restaurant. Même si l’hôtel fournit des boule quies la chambre était vraiment trop bruyante.

Muy buena ubicación. El estado de las instalaciones es buena. Se podría mejorar la iluminación de la recepción. Para el uso del elevador hay que poner 2 claves y puede llegar a ser un poco engorroso. Fuera de eso fue buena experiencia de fin de semana.
