In the morning we found many ants on the floor, as well as blood on the bedsheets. Room 10 is immediately behind the reception on the ground floor and therefore the road noise is very loud. Trains are noisy from early in the morning.

The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Even though the room was small, it was very comfortable, clean, and well organized, so we never felt cramped. The location was very convenient, with plenty of walkable restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas nearby. Getting around was easy, and the Eiffel Tower was only about a 30-minute walk away. Overall, it was a great stay with excellent service, a cozy atmosphere, and a location that made exploring the city simple and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Room, staff, and breakfast were ok. The shower was poorly ventilated and remained damped and smelly all along during our 6 nigths stay. And the old metro line passing right under the hotel making it shake every 5 minutes between 6AM and 1AM is also not nice, although I don't see how this could be improved unless Paris renovates the metro line.

Definitely great value for money given the excellent location (metro, buses, grocery stores, restaurants and walkable sites). Room was clean, but extremely small. More importantly, a totally open bathroom concept so you can only travel with those you're comfortable using the restroom facilities with. But I would stay here again for a short term solo trip.
