Room was clean and very comfortable during our stay. Air conditioning was a plus during the time we were there during a heatwave. We had a lovely terrace with our room, very nice place to relax with the tea and coffee provided. Very helpful and welcoming staff. It's located in a nice, safe and quiet neighborhood, with the metro just a 3 minute walk away (you can take it direct to the Eiffel tower). Nice and filling breakfast buffet, the kids really enjoyed the freshly squeezed orange juice, pancakes and fruits. Parking garage spot can be reserved and was very convenient and secure. Highly recommend it, we will be back!

The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and kind. They anticpated our needs and offered things we needed before we asked. Always greeted us with a smile. I never felt like I was getting "sold" on something. The rooms were excellent, and the AC kept us cool even in the 100+F degree heat that Paris was experiencing that weekend! Very warm welcome from the lady at the front office. I was able to get my room a little early and store my suitcase, which was very convenient. The room is not large, but it is well designed and comfortable, with a good-sized bathroom. Fantastic location, 3 min to subway , many restaurants around, few small grocery stores too. One thing to know: in France, many hotels only clean the room if you leave the “Please clean my room” sign on the door. Overall, a very pleasant stay with friendly service.

Lovely little hotel in a quiet area of Bolougne. However, they did put me outside in an annex type of accomodation that required climbing 2 and 1/2 stories on a spiral stairway that was pretty tight. If you have large luggage or are not capable of climbing stairs, make sure that you are not put into this room. That said, it was VERY quiet and comfortable.
