Our stay was amazing! The room was very spacious, clean and nicely designed. The location was also great and felt very safe. It was easy to check in and the communication was prompt and perfect. I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Room was small but fine. Main issue was lack of sound insulation between the rooms. You could hear muffled conversations of other guests who were speaking in normal ways. Even with the white noise machine they provide it was still not a restful stay.

What a gem! I was nervous about the virtual front desk but it worked out wonderfully. They allowed me to check in early which was a blessing on a cold January day! The room was compact but well put together. Great to have a fridge, tea, microwave and sound machine. I was able to make the room nice and warm during the day and cool at night to sleep. Also - the sheets smelled wonderful. My only suggestion is to allow the shower water to get hotter. Five stars!!

My particular room was noisy as we were next to Delancey street. The window sounded like it was open which made it hard to sleep. However, they do offer a sound machine which was very nice, and came with a large selection of noises. Overall the room and hotel was clean and orderly. The hotel does not have a concierge so there is no need to interact with people if you don’t want to. Everything went smoothly and we enjoyed our stay.

We chose this property because it was a seven minute walk to our daughter’s apartment. The attention to details for me was key. A very large refrigerator, a microwave, complementary coffee, and tea numerous cups a blow dryer a spacious bathroom a very large shower, where all very appealing to us. We’ll definitely stay there again in the future.!!

Si lo que buscas es un lugar comodo, limpio y super conveniente para explorar Manhattan, este es el sitio ideal! El precio económico para los estandares de Manhattan. La habitacion limpia y con buen espacio para 2 personas. Posee un kitchennette que aunque minusculo te sirve para armar un desayuno previo a tu salida de exploración a la ciudad. El sistema de self check in y self check out funciono de maravilla. El area no podia ser mejor, a 2 cuadras de estacion del metro y con varias opciones de bares y restaurantes. Lo unico que mejoraria es eliminar la tina de baño (tienen tina y ducha tambien), para hacer mas espacio al area del desayunador. No tienen limpieza diaria pero para nosotros no fue un issue, ya que no estuvimos mucho en la habitación y mantenerla limpia no fue difícil.

Able to low the prices by making better deal. It was the hotel I been in my life. I wish I would could stay longer there. Especially couple like me and my boyfriend/husband we are homeless at moment. Once in while we sleep in the park or the beach since we don’t have enough money pay for it. Even thou I’m able to get over get by the morning since I work overnight shift. My boyfriend/ husband doesn’t work at all. Just let us finish paying in the morning. We want to go back to the hotel it was lot of fun Since we stay for 3 days
