設備很好，房間很新穎，但其中一間馬桶有嚴重裂痕未修補。另一點是即使我們有付停車位的費用，但很常停不到飯店的車位（已停滿）這點在使用上非常不便，很可惜。 樓下轉角有間超市，購物很方便，飯店對面的台灣小吃非常好吃。

This place is amazing. I wanted to have a quiet apartment and they were able to give me one facing internally which was incredible. The apartment itself was really high-quality and just comfortable. I kind of wish the beds were a little bit softer but everything else was absolutely perfect and the parking was completely easy. The location is amazing just 700 m from Queen Vic markets. Lots of great coffee nearby and an Aldi downstairs. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

More space then we had the first days in Melbourne, we had connection rooms in a hotel. Was worried about the checking, but it was very smooth. The carpet in the apartment had not been vacuumed for som time...Location is ok.

The apartment complex is relatively new. There is no real reception area yet, just a back room with a computer. I am writing this review a week after checking out yet the mandatory $200 deposit has still not been refunded onto my credit card which is extremely annoying and would deter me from staying again. Communication was adequate rather than outstanding. The apartment size is good but lots of wasted unusable space in the apartment. Furniture is fairly minimalistic, bed is on the firm to hard side. The air conditioning is for the lounge only and annoyingly blows right in your face from above the tv. The bedroom is not air conditioned. Secure underground parking was good and easy to navigate. Water pressure, bathroom lighting was adequate. Overall cleanliness was excellent but not exceptional. The washer dryer is annoyingly one of the models that act as both a washer and dryer and the fastest cycle is about 6.5 hours. You can easily walk to the Queen Victoria market.
