Staff are always super friendly and make you feel like family. Only thing was it was busy and I couldn’t get the main floor room so my 78 year old friend had a lot of trouble climbing the stairs. She has severe arthritis and knee problems. But I will always stay at this hotel because of the atmosphere , clean rooms and always quiet.

The breakfast food was expired. I checked dates on the dairy products and all were expired by 4-5 days, the juice machine was broken, there was cereal and bagels. Room was clean. Staff was not exceptionally friendly. It’s a clean hotel that is lacking care.

very clean room! the staff were very friendly, and the continental breakfast was substantial...fyi: the switch right next to the mirror by the sink must be in the "on" position in order to activate the light on the mirror light. We will definitely stay there again!
