Friendly staff and great location. You can walk in to the centre of town. Wonderful buffet breakfast too. Only negatives - parking is a bit challenging and would suggest blackout curtains in the room. There was an outside light on all night which the current curtains didn't block out..

Das Hotel liegt zentral. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Strand ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal ist super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Die Möbel sind antik und sehr hübsch, aber nicht praktisch. Das Bett war gut. Man konnte sich einen Sonnenschirm für den Strand leihen, was ich sehr gut fand. Obwohl das Hotel an einer kleinen Straße liegt, war es in der Woche ab 5:30 Uhr sehr laut (Müllwagen, Reinigungsfahrzeuge etc.)

Nous avons passés un séjour en amoureux parfait ! Le petit déj est copieux et très bon. Les chambres sont proprent, le parquet au sol donne vraiment bcp de charme! Le logement est situé à 5min à pied de la plage, en centre ville, emplacement idéal !! Tout le personnel est vraiment souriant, accueillant, aidant pour l'organisation d'un beau séjour ! Si vous voulez dormir saint jean de luz, allez y les yeux fermés !!

L’hôtel est propre et a du charme. Il se trouve à proximité de tous (plage, centre ville et des rues piétonnes, carrefour, fronton, parc), avec wifi bon débit gratuit et des bouteilles d’eau offertes. La chambre est bien chauffée, la literie est propre et confortable. Les dames à l’accueil sont chaleureuses et serviables. Ils ont une salle d’attente avec du thé & café abondant, des pc en libre service et des toilettes, et une salle de bagages. Le petit dej sous forme de buffet est bon et varié en choix. On est très content de notre séjour. On y retournera et conseillera à nos proches. Merci aux personnels de l’hôtel.
