When I walked into the reception, I felt very warm, yellow light, playing classical music. 好迷人的復古小旅館

A very nice and lovely hotel

A very nice and lovely hotel, hotel room was in good condition. My room was on the top level, it was surprising the room had an electric sunroof; the only drawback I could think of is that I needed to pick my luggage to my room at level 3 via a very narrow staircase. The location is not difficult to find, provided you're familiar with the route of the waterbus. It was also not too far from Piazza San Marco (about 10 mins walk). The lady at reception was very friendly and willing to help me out whenever I have question. She also gave good recommendation on where to visit in Venezia.

Nice visit... would stay again.

Nice place, typical of Venice.. it is not a hotel, rather it seems almost like a Air B & B in which you pick up your keys if you get there past two. Staff were helpful. We got lost, due to my cell phone in the narrow streets for some reason. We figured it out and used the son's phone.. also, use google maps.. not Waze. I did not spend the time to learn the water Taxis before arriving, they are a very nice way to get around.

The hotel is very well placed for getting around Venice, near the famous sites, but quiet. The.staff are helpful and the rooms are more than adequate for the price. The slight downside is the stairs to the attic rooms are very steep and the public areas sometimes smelt a bit of drains, despite the fact that the hotel was very clean. It might just be Venetian drainage systems!

Locanda Art Deco is a beautiful place to stay

We stayed for two nights in this fine hotel. The room was spacious and beautifully furnished. The bathroom was well-renovated and classy. The breakfast was good and the breakfast room was peaceful. A big recommendation!

The property is maybe a 10 minute walk from St. Marks Square. There’s a nice restaurant for dinner within 10 feet of the hotel. Breakfast was tasty. Staff was friendly and efficient. Room had AC. If we’re ever back in Venice we’ll stay here again.

Handy location without being in the ‘thick of it’

This was a really quiet feeling hotel. Not a huge number of rooms. This suited us perfectly. You are around a 10-15 minute walk to either Rialto bridge or San Marco. Once you’ve walked it a couple of times it all starts to make sense. The two locations mentioned above are pretty much always busy. Back where the hotel is - is much quieter - but still has bustle and eateries. We found a great pizza takeaway for some cheap dinner one of the evenings. Breakfast was decent. We only had communication with one member of staff - who was always helpful. If you read all the ‘if you check in after 2pm’ the reception is closed - don’t worry. We were on time - but lots of others over the time we were there managed. This is a hotel we would stay at again. If you want somewhere quiet after a busy day - this is for you.
