Perfect location, Clean room and comfortable bed

Overall, the hotel is great. The location is ideal, being very close to the Rialto boat station and San Marco. The room was clean and well-equipped. While the room was a bit small, this was not an issue for us as tourists since we didn’t spend much time there. The front desk staff were friendly. Accessibility Concerns: However, I would advise that the hotel may not be suitable for elderly guests or those with disabilities, as there is no elevator. We noticed an elderly gentleman struggling with the stairs daily. (We travel light so not a concern for us) Key Policy: The hotel required to leave your room key at the reception every time you go out. We encountered three different receptionists during our stay and some were not the ones who checked us in. While it was easy to retrieve our key upon telling them our room number, it did raise safety concerns. I wondered what would happen if someone provided the wrong room number.

Great staff, excellent location but old hotel

The hotel location is great, it is a few min walk to St mark Sq and 8min walk to Rialto bridge. The restaurant right under the hotel (not part of the hotel) is excellent. And the hotel is also close to many shops and some of the best gelato places in town. The hotel is quite old, the rooms are small and there is no elevator. The staff is extremely helpful and nice. Breakfast was decent. However my shower didn't have enough pressure (I lived on the first floor) and the water temperature was slow to respond. Lastly, there was no blanket, just a sheet on the bed and a bed cover, maybe cuz it is hot in the summer, but I caught a cold from my stay. In my opinion it's not value for money.

Great stay for a weekend

The hotel was nice and clean, with an Italian charm. The location was perfect! Good breakfast og superfriendly staff. We booked economy doubleroom, which was ok but a bit small. Make sure you check out the rooftop terrace.

Excellent location, great staff, lovely rooms

Excellent location right next to Saint Mark's square, pretty rooms. Lovely place. Didn't appreciate the cleaning at 7am right next door on my last day. If check-out is 11am, I should be able to rest in quiet until then or at least close to that time. The noises of cleaning right beside me kept startling me and it was very uncomfortable early in the morning. Otherwise highly recommend this hotel. Staff was really nice and helpful.
