em questão da equipe recepção muito boa organização do quarto muito boa limpa trocava os forros de cama todos os dias toalhas tudo muito limpinho secador no banheiro a única coisa que deixou a desejar foi o café da manhã visto que estava em época de carnaval então o hotel deveria ter se organizado na quantidade para aquele tanto de hóspede da época é tanto que a partir das 9h00 normalmente já não tinha quase nada e demorava mu mais foi tudo OK

As acomodações são ,excelentes, o café da manhã melhorou 300 por cento, mas não recepção a atendente do dia da hospedagem , não sei seu nome , uma do cabelos longos de óculos precisa passar por uma reciclagem de bons modos , meio mal educada para estar no local que atende pessoas, cara fechada ,fala entre os dentes e percebe que fica impaciente se perguntam novamente alguma coisa que não entendeu, segunda vez que presenciou e comigo próprio, se está insatisfeita mude de emprego e de lugar para quem está disposto a atender pessoas. Independente de qualquer situação as pessoas tem que ser cordial no atendimento. Nao me lembro nome dela mas fez o check in. No sábado dia 31/01 ,tirando isto o resto está perfeito as do checkout está perfeitas.

O atendimento é ótimo, o quarto confortável, tem um desnível nas portas do box o que causa uma infiltração de agua pro resto do banheiro, mas como seriam apenas duas noites , desconsiderei, visto que o restante estava muito bom. Porém é a segunda vez me hospedo nesse hotel, e infelizmente achei que o café da manhã teve uma piora significativa, os sucos não era possivel definir o sabor, tinha poucas opções de frutas ( apenas melancia e melão) acho que faltou mamão. Isso não seria problema , mas no segundo dia, um sábado, que geralmente os hotéis disponibilizam mais opções não tinha nem pão, chegamos cedo pra tomar café, e restavam umas 3 metades de pão do dia anterior ( pão duro mesmo) E ao acabar esses pedaços não foi colocado mais pão, e eram 8horas da manhã, o café acaba as 10h. Foi tão decepcionante, que pretendiamos fazer as oitras refeições no hotel, mas diante do café, acabamos desistindo. O hotel é excelente, mas espero sinceramente que melhore o café da manhã. Outros hoteis da rede são excepcionais nesse quisito
