Check in was incredibly easy and the building was nice. The rooms are very small, but it was enough for a few nights for my husband and I. The bathroom/shower were tiny, a bigger person would have issues using the space comfortably. Location was impeccable - so close to everything and the closest metro was a 2 minute walk away. All in all, we would definitely stay again.

Location was excellent, lots of restaurants, cafes, shops and metro just a few minutes away. Walk to the Effle tower was only a 15 min walk. Close proximity to everything. The room was clean, a little small for 4 people (2 adults & 2 teenage kids )But we managed. We were able to use the laundry facilities. They allowed us to check in early which helped us settle in from a red eye flight and rest before exploring Paris. The only thing that wasn't working for us was the mini fridge but not a big deal we didnt cook or anything. Beatrice and Emmanuel, thank you and appreciate everything. Linda

Absolutely fantastic. Yes, it’s up 3 floors by stairs but the exercise is totally worth it for what you get. Service is outstanding. Literally answer your messages within minutes. Above and beyond what we were expecting. The area is fantastic. You’re right in the middle of it all. I can’t think of a single negative thing to say. If you’re in doubt book it. You won’t be disappointed!! They even allowed us access hours before our scheduled time. Kids are asking when we can go back. Short walk to see the Eiffel Tower, Rue Cler is at the street corner, metro is a few blocks away. Can’t get better location. We’ll be back for sure!

Prime location, around the corner from the metro and many shops and restaurants (rue cler street my favorite street market in Paris and we always stay around this area) I could not recommend more this place to stay in Paris if you are light packed travel. If you are traveling with kids, have any mobility restrictions or maybe multiple 20k+ suitcases probably not your place to stay. The stairs are really something (no elevator) We stay at the 4th floor and I was pretty hard going up and down with our suitcases also no place in the room to leave the suitcases. Tiny rooms and bathrooms but with all the amenities that you need for a comfortable stay in Paris.

Lower rating as there was building work going on so we had builders from 8am making noise, walking by, rubble covering the velux windows and hallway, and we had to keep the curtains drawn - I don’t recall this being mentioned in the particulars or emails.

This is a small European style efficiency apartment. Small cooking area. No casual seating. This is a good property with an excellent location. We usually stay in the Rue Cler neighborhood and this is very close. You can walk to many of the museums and attractions. The Eiffel Tower is about a fifteen minute walk. Many good restaurants within easy walking distance. No elevator, you self check-in and you communicate with the property manager via cell phone. Property was as advertised, clean and equipped for small cooking. The laundry room was clean and there is no charge for the machines. Would I recommend this to a friend, yes. We are seniors, I'm 75 and it is a walk-up and we travel with a 50 lbs. rolling duffel bag and two backpacks. Stairwell is small and circular. However the bag only needs to go up once. I found this to be as advertised and I would rent here again.
