O lugar Ć© incrĆ­vel, com uma vista espetacular. Os equipamentos precisam de manutenĆ§Ć£o e limpeza. Antes de identificarem a causa de um vazamento no andar de baixo jĆ” saĆ­ram nos "convocando" a trocar de apto em outro prĆ©dio. Gerente, ou dono, insinuou que poderiam entrar no apto. Depois identificaram a causa e nĆ£o precisamos trocar de lugar, mas aĆ­ o encantamento com o lugar jĆ” tinha sido danificado. Foi uma invasĆ£o de privacidade desnecessĆ”ria, gerando estresse em plenas fĆ©rias. Uma pena a falta de manutenĆ§Ć£o preventiva e a falta de preparo dos gerentes. IncrĆ­vel, mas eu voltaria a esse lugar.
