This place was in a very good location walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg and very spacious for our family of 5 and a baby 2 bathroom 2 bedroom 4 beds for the price it's not bad! The outside wasn't all that but if your just looking for a place to lay your head at I recommend for a big family!!

10 out of 10! Highly Recommend! 😊Self Service Check In/Out was smooth. Phone Number avaliable to call/text about any questions and concerns, very communicative and reliable. In the heart of Downtown, walking distance. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the Bathroom design (Unable to load Pictures. Sorry)! Spoke with the Owner who is really sweet, on Check Out day. He stated the Pool Renovations should be completed by Summer, along with other upcoming Lodge features. Will definitely book again in the Future! 👌

Good for the price.

The room was newly renovated, spacious and clean with micro fridge and microwave which was nice. The exterior bldg and grounds were in rough shape. Construction crews were renovating other rooms. Hopefully they will improve the exterior too. The location is great and walking distance to downtown area and tram.

Not bad for the price

It was hard to rate this motel. The lady we met who did the cleaning was extremely nice and did a great job. There was no other staff to review, so that is that. There is no one to check you in, you wait for an email or text to tell you your room # and entry code. Which in itself isn't horrible, but, the room numbers are engraved very small and we walked around for quite a while trying to find it. The outside literally made me start looking online for another place to stay, but inside, the rooms are very nice. We booked a king room with a balcony. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. But, the balcony was not usable, which bothered us. There was no place to sit and relax unless you sat in your room. Would we stay again? Probably not. Not because it was bad or anything like that. We would like a usable balcony to relax on and a pool on a hot day. The price was great and it served its purpose for this visit.

Great location off the strip close to the Smoky Mountains National Park. Easily walked everywhere we wanted to dine at and see the attractions such as Ripley’s Aquarium, the SkyBridge and Anakeesta. Room was clean and Comfortable. Would book here again. Easily one of the best deals in Gatlinburg in terms of lodging at an affordable cost while not forfeiting convenience, comfort and safety.

When I first arrived I was very disappointed in the hotel room I received. After messaging the hotel they fixed the problem I had, immediately. I had a great stay. I also got to see a bear 30 seconds from the property which was amazing. I’ve been to gatlinburg several times and that was my first time seeing a bear.
