Had a great stay! I was expecting the worse, but I would stay again. Housekeeping could be a little better. Found a pill under one of the beds, but other than that, the room was great.

This place was in a very good location walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg and very spacious for our family of 5 and a baby 2 bathroom 2 bedroom 4 beds for the price it's not bad! The outside wasn't all that but if your just looking for a place to lay your head at I recommend for a big family!!

The room didn't look anything like the picture and appeared to be much smaller as well. The bed was pushed against the wall in order for there to be a walkway to get into the bathroom. The bathroom was so small you'd hit your elbow trying to use the toilet. The sink leaked from the drain, flooding the floor. All in all, for the price, I can't be too upset.

Looks are deceiving at the place. Its not the cleanest looking on the outside. But, as soon as you walk into the room it is night and day. Rooms are completely renovated, laminate flooring, tile shower, very nice dresser. The only con is the bed. But, it was just a preference thing on the bed. I like a firm bed and this bed was way to soft. If you are just looking for a place to lay your head and enjoy gatlinburg because it is only a 5 min walk to Ober Mountain and pther attractions, this absolutely fits the bill. But other than that this hotel was an absolute banger for the buck. I will definitely be staying here again.

10 out of 10! Highly Recommend! 😊Self Service Check In/Out was smooth. Phone Number avaliable to call/text about any questions and concerns, very communicative and reliable. In the heart of Downtown, walking distance. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the Bathroom design (Unable to load Pictures. Sorry)! Spoke with the Owner who is really sweet, on Check Out day. He stated the Pool Renovations should be completed by Summer, along with other upcoming Lodge features. Will definitely book again in the Future! 👌

This was a new place for me to stay this year. Apprehensive upon Arrival in the early AM(DARK).. NOT insecure but deserted looking. Exterior Needs some TLC...Please Cover OLD POOL.. But was VERY Happy to be accommodated with getting into my Room much earlier than the advertised 300PM. The Room was GREAT Very Comfortable, Surprising the Remodeling Job, Big Room, Great Bathroom and Bathroom amenities. Lighting Very good. and electrical outlets with USB.. Very Friendly and Helpful Gen Manager Rick(attentive to individual needs) Not on site all the time but on line Email and Text Check-In and Out was Awesome. And Very Important GREAT RATE... Much Lower than expected and Great view going up the side of the Mountains from Front near OBER INCLINE TRAM.. Very near the Heart of Gatlinburg Action, Convention Center, Lots of great Food and entertainment on Ski Mountain Dr. Amazingly Quiet except very early morning Gatlinburg Garbage Pickup. If an older motel and grounds doesn't scare you, Give it a try.. I will be back. Thanks tried to upload a photo but couldn't get it to work..

Onsite manager helped me with me form i needed to complete that didnt come through in a email. This place looks to be in the remodeling stage but still is a nice place to stay. Really quiet tucked away from town just 2 block away. Will use this place next trip.

Remodeled and we were the 2nd to stay in this room. It was clean. Had trouble with tv but the manager came with a bigger tv( not great channels to watch) at night. Good location from town.

The place was prefect for my family of 7. We had everything we needed, and it was very comfortable. I especially liked the shower! The room wasn’t super clean it was just dusty, but the beds seemed to be clean. The floors were dirty, and there was dust kind of everywhere, but listen, we will 100% stay here again. My kids were impressed, and the beds were comfortable. They are already asking to go go back!

The room was just ok. The bathroom door would not shut. We didn't have enough towels for 4 people staying in the room, which I included upon booking. Room did not match listing picture. A/c didn't have a filter in it and was nasty. The coffee maker had mold in it. No attendant on site. Outside did not match listing pictures looked very run down.

Second time staying here. The property is located a little bit off of the strip but it is quieter and the rooms are great! Staff was very friendly and was on top of all our needs during our stay. The room was adequately stocked and cozy. We plan to come back again
