Frustrating experience

We were so disappointed with our experience at Bob W. We arrived to a room that did not have the advertised laundry or king sized bed, and the bathroom smelled of urine. Then when trying to fix the situation, it took nearly two hours to communicate with first the AI attendant, then someone via the chat function. With all that, they did upgrade our room, but only for one night, so we had to move rooms again the next day, and we still had the king bed issue given the false advertising. They list it as a king but then chatted us that it was a 'Euro King,' aka a queen bed. The whole thing felt like a waste of time and money, and we will not be staying at a Bob W again.

Love this apartment in Florence!

The BOB W apartment by the Ponte Vecchio bridge was a 10/10! Best location with a 1-minute walk to the bridge, a grocery store, lots of restaurants, bakeries, gelato and shopping! Our family of three stayed here in the middle of our two week trip in Italy, since we wanted the fully-equipped kitchen and the washer. (They also had a drying rack). The apartment is roomy, very nicely renovated, and with comfortable beds. Loved the security and great directions on how to get in. The response time was immediate if we had a question. Great customer service! Would highly recommend this apartment if you come to Florence!

Excellent location

Perfect spot for visiting the heart of Florence. Beautiful views and sooooo easy to check in. The amenities surprised us and were a treat, yoga mats, laundry detergent, Moka pot, outlet converter, hairdryer tip, Bob W thought of everything !

Location was great! Few steps from ponte vecchio. Apt has all what you need for a easy and relax vacation. Even though you have to walk like 15 min to the train station (with suitcases is not easy) I will stay here again. Love it!!

This unit needs additional tables, bookcases or some where to put various things. It is rather absent of a place to set things on as there are only 2 Small nite stands next to each end of the bed. Besides the dining room table, there are no other tables or book cases. At least one English language TV station would have been helpful. AC was excellent and most welcome. Area can be noisy at night from people on the street in front or other people in the same apt building.

Excellent value for a large apartment in the heart of Florence. It can be a bit noisy at night if others are out on their balconies, but honestly, it didn't go on too long or bother us over our 4 nights. Would definitely stay here again and would love to try any of their other properties. Great communication and follow up throughout our stay. Highly recommend.

Property and it’s location were great! (Only a 20’ walk from train station and right next to Ponte Vecchio). The apartment was fully equipped and the balcony was a great place relax after a full day exploring Florence.

Good : the location is fantastic, and the supermarket is well stocked with all that could be needed. The flat is well equiped. Cleaning : very light Misleading : the description of the flat should be more detailed. One side of the bed is nearly not accessible (and not at all when the curtain is drawn). Worse the lift starts after one level by stairs and is very small making it difficult to enter if a bit overweighted. A few photos and a more precise description is necessary. With this additional info a good solution to enjoy Firenze and its many marvels.
