Nous avons vécu une expérience très décevante lors de notre séjour. À notre arrivée, nous avons été informés qu’en raison d’un différend entre cet hôtel et l’établissement voisin (plusieurs hôtels cohabitent dans le même bâtiment), les résidents du Jasmine n’avaient plus accès à la piscine, au restaurant ni au rooftop. Autrement dit, la majorité des équipements annoncés n’étaient plus disponibles, sans aucune information préalable. Au vu du tarif pratiqué, cela est tout simplement inacceptable. Par ailleurs, le petit-déjeuner laissait sérieusement à désirer, tant sur la fraîcheur que sur la qualité des produits. Nous avons même trouvé un yaourt moisi, ce qui est particulièrement préoccupant. Face à cette situation, nous avons décidé de quitter l’établissement après une seule nuit — une première pour moi malgré de nombreux voyages. Nous tenons toutefois à souligner que le personnel s’est montré compréhensif et nous a proposé le remboursement des nuits non utilisées.

The breakfast had a wide variety of excellent options to choose from. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the receptionists and staff were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely love to stay here again.

Good hotel to use as a base for doing the Cairo sites. Breakfast had a good selection Rooms were large and well appointed and clean. Staff were friendly, helpful and co operative. Word of warning - the restaurant Zeeyara elite, which is attached next door to the Jasmine Pyramids will ALWAYS give preferential treatment to guests of the Elite Pyramids Hotel, to the point where guests of the Jasmine are denied service even when reservations have been made. This happened to us.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt! Der Frühstück Raum ist eine überdachte Aussenterrasse und im Januar sehr kalt. Da hätte man mit Heizpilzen für mehr Wärme sorgen können. Am Pool gibt es weder Stühle noch Liegen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker! Im Großen und Ganzen ein angenehmer Aufenthalt

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. The room was large and very clean, and the location is perfect, extremely close to the Pyramids, which makes the experience truly magical. The staff is outstanding — always available, attentive, and taking great care of us at all times. You really feel welcomed and looked after. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices. The hotel also organized 4 days of perfectly planned excursions to visit Cairo, the Pyramids, Dahshur, Memphis, Saqqara, and Alexandria, including the museums. Everything was extremely well organized, with excellent and knowledgeable guides. A very special thanks to our driver Abdelrahman, who was very careful, professional, and an excellent driver. We always felt completely safe with him. I had an unforgettable experience and was able to fulfill my dream of discovering the land of the Pharaohs. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back.

I had limited mobility duri g out stay. The staff went out of their way to be helpful: moved room to lowest level and provided a wheelchair and assistance. The lobby is lovely but even in better circumstances, would have been a challenge with many steps and no railings. The hotel is very convenient to the Grand Egyptian Museum but nearly an hour from CAI.

Hotel was in a fairly run down area but close to both the GEM and the pyramids so quite conveniently situated. The hotel staff were all very nice and helpful, offering to book taxis and tours if required. The room was fairly basic but perfectly functional annd comfortable and always kept very clean. Breakfast was a cold buffet affair but again very well presented, there is no restaurant on site and we didn’t try the neighbouring rooftop restaurant. There are good restaurants in the Marriott across the road and a couple of local ones that were pretty good (Grand Pharo and Temple Restaurant)

Great location and amazing staff. They are friendly and very good. The room was great, much larger than I expected. The shower is really nice too after a day of running around Cairo. The staff is fluent in English and really helpful.

Nice warm people who really do their utmost to make your stay as a guest as nice as possible. In close proximity of the Giza Plateau and the GEM and with several dining options in the vicinity. I will never forget the special Newyears eve with the special buffet and dancers and the joy we had with the staff.
