Clean room, nice area, nice staff. One downside is I got the room in the basement (its the only basement room), right next to breakfast area and I got woken up by the noise very early morning, didnt sleep well at all. I manage to switch room on the third night (second night was full) and I do appreciate that but its also exhausting for not sleeping well for past two nights. Tip: Avoid basement room for light sleepers. Other than that, the room is modern, clean and location is good.

Mycket bra läge och hjälpsam personal. Men smutsig heltäckningsmatta. Begränsade möjligheter att hänga upp kläder. Liten safety box (= får inte plats med laptop). Mycket litet badrum utan krokar att hänga upp handdukar etc. Tråkig frukost.

Room was nice, quiet and clean, and we really enjoyed our stay. Staff was helpful, and breakfast good - and it was great to be able to fill our waterbottles from a purifier during London heatwave!

Tiny room but perfectly comfortable. Breakfast room was also quite a tight squeeze. Took a while to actually get let into the property as there was only one member of staff on duty, who was busy doing something else at the time.

Brilliant location Central for exploring London. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and a lovely layout. Have windows which open and fans were already in the rooms when we checked in which was great as it was warm.

Chambre assez grande et propre, calme sur cour, malheureusement pas de meuble où ranger ses vêtements et une salle de douche vraiment petite avec un seul crochet pour serviette alors que nous étions trois. Petit déjeuner continental tout à fait satisfaisant.

We had booked a room for 3 there was a bed for two and the madras was so worn and crooked that you almost rolled of during the night but the 3rd bed was a pull out bed from a couch it’s was so bad there wasn’t any real madras and in the middle there was a wooden plank it’s was more comfortable sleeping on the floor like it physically hurt sleeping in it, we asked if it was possible to get an actual madras or ekstra padding but all we could get was 2 extra sheets like very thin sheets what the hell was that gonna do. Then we asked if it was possible to switch room or anything as we expected a actual bed when booking for 3 people. Had we just have to stay 1 or 2 nights we could have survived but we stayed 4 nights and had horrible back pain.
