Appalling. I checked in only to find that my bed's linens had yellow stains on them. I sent a photo to the WhatsApp number provided, and a few minutes later got a text that they would come up and look.
An hour later, no one had come up. I spent that time discovering that the 'chair' (stool) in the room was also stained, and that there was some wear and dirt in the bathroom - though in the case of the bathroom, I am not sure it was any worse than any other budget hotel.
Anyway, I grabbed my luggage and went downstairs, since it was clear no one was coming. The woman at the front desk offered to switch me to a different room, but why would you want to stay in a place with such low standards and poor service?
I asked for a refund via Hotels.com, which said that since I was offered a new room, I was not entitled to one.
Sometimes in life, you get what you pay for. In my opinion, at this hotel, you don't even get that. I would avoid it with all possible effort.
