Best hotel in town loved it <3

No one helped us with our luggage. We had to carry them along those very steep stairs. Best experience ever. I loved carrying luggages over 3 stor so it’s ok and I will still come next time.

Location are convenient

we have to walk the stairs from ground floor to 3rd floor with 2 big luggages when we arrived, the toilet flush faucet has very little water and small place when we took the shower as well as our room were noisy, which was faced in the cross street.

No shampoo, body wash and slippers were provided, so for those who planned to come and stay, you need to come prepared. Another thing is it’s too close to Paddington Station so I could hear the train noise every few minutes. There was this incident during my 3-day stay. I travelled alone. I was terrified when I was sleeping in my bed but a drunk man was banging on my door and shouting, “Open the door! Let me in!” I asked who that was and he kept saying “It’s me! Just open the door!” I said I wouldn’t open the door cuz it was my room! He asked me who I was and I said I was staying in the room and I asked him who he was again but after a minute he left. I heard no noise anymore so I got dressed, took my belongings and rushed to the reception while I spotted a white drunk man standing there in the hallway...I told the staff what happened and he said no worries, the drunk man just went to the wrong side of the building...but the whole process scared the tail off me...

酒店位置超方便，十分近Paddington站，樓下就有幾架巴士去不同的景點。房間的浴室十分新淨，較細但可以接受，房內不夠掛鈎，掛衣服、毛巾的地方不夠。早餐豐富、美味。check out後寄存行李到下午二時，超過二時就要收5鎊一件。

The hotel was lovely, we found it to be quiet and clean and everything we wanted for a budget stay in London. The rooms are basic but comfortable and the location is fantastic with a bus stop right outside and a short walk to the tube and trains. We walked into London which was great seeing different sights.

For prisen en betaler er dettte bra. Stor rom og høyt under taket, vindu ut mot bakgård. Teppegulv, skap og skrivepult. Kul gamel peis i rommet og rosett i taket, bevart sjarmen. Bad ok. Renhold kunne vært bedre da tannglass fortsatt sto fra forrige gjest. Såpe og dusjsåpe inkludert, men ikke hårprodukter. Frokost kan en kjøpe i tillegg. Om du er var for lyder og vibrasjoner styr unna. Om de var undergrunnen vi følte eller noe annet kan jeg ikke være sikker på men vibrasjoner og lyd var der når noe for forbi.

Nice staff and clean rooms. Was allowed to get into the room early. Close to Paddington Station, which is a plus, however you can feel the vibrations and sounds from the underground trains. They do not have ice. Our room was very small, but that was expected. However, not enough hot water for a shower. I did not like having to turn in the room key each time we left the hotel room.
