Pleasant stay

Location privileged. The entire location is gorgeous of a view of a lake and castle. Everything immaculate. Great staff. Great restaurant. I suggest they place a caddy in the shower for shampoo,conditioner, soap.

This was exceptional. I highly recommend it. The only negative was we found it difficult to find the entrance to the property. Google maps took us to the wrong road and we had to ask for help on how to get there. Perhaps a detailed description of how to enter the property. Other than that, our staff was absolutely wonderful. We would definitely go again.

Absolutely gorgeous resort with everything we need and more. The breakfast spread was delicious and the restaurant was fabulous for dinner. We needed transport to the train station and the receptionist gave us a ride in her own car. That’s going over and above and we truly appreciate it.

Fabulous little boutique hotel. Reception was fantastic and we really wished we could stay longer. Dinner was great and the host was a real lovely character who made our evening. Breakfast was also 5 Star. Views from our room even though the weather was a bit stormy

This a beautiful property overlooking Lago Bracciano. It’s incredibly peaceful and picturesque. We loved our stay here and the hotel surprised us with an upgraded room. We loved the wellness area and the food in the restaurant is delicious! Unfortunately the outdoor pool was closed when we were there and that was a disappointment but we were able to use the spa area and indoor pool which was awesome. We will certainly return - we had an amazing stay!

We had a one night stay here after a cruise and before heading into Rome and we wished we could have stayed longer! The hotel is absolutely beautiful and staff are so helpful. We did not have a car and were able to arrange transportation through the hotel. Once there it was easy to walk to the Lake or to town. The best part is the restaurant - eating here is a must and was one of the best meals of our trip. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely little hotel walking distance from town

This small hotel near a lovely medeivil town is a delightful place to stay for a few nights. It's comfortable and the restaurant is quite good. The breakfast is great. The Spa area with steam, sauna and turkish bath is a lovely spot for a rest after a day of travel or sightseeing. Between peak times of check-in/check-out, it is difficult to find staff to help with any questions - although they are friendly and helpful when they are available!

Exceptional location and property. The staff is wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Bracciano and the surrounding towns are very well worth exploring. The etruscan necropolis in cerveteri is only 20 min away. Wonderful way to relax either at the beginning or end of a trip to Rome.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was unbelievable. Anything you need they handle with so much care. Whether you are out at the jacuzzi looking over the lake and they are bringing you drinks, or getting all of your clothes cleaned and pressed for a wedding, everything they do is top notch. The dinner and free breakfast is incredible. The beds are so comfy and the bathroom was huge with an awesome shower. The spa is so clean and nice, it’s a great place to chill out after a long day. Seriously, I can’t recommend this place enough.
