Amazing breakfasts

We stayed at Luster Hotel for 3 nights. The facilities were amazing, the room large and the clarins toiletries a lovely addition! The outdoor pool area was really lovely. The breakfasts were the best I've ever had at a hotel. So much choice and super quailty ingredients. Only downside is ots distance from the main square and historic town but the ubers are cheap enough!

Overall we had a great time at the hotel, and the facilities were good, spa for example. However, if we had one observation, food at breakfast was never hot, tepid at most and the coffee in reception (nice touch by the way) was most of the time cold. Reception staff very helpful

This is a lovely boutique hotel close to the Metro. Staff is friendly and helpful. Lovely outdoor space, with pool, jacuzzi, and bar. There is a nice indoor pool as well and relaxing chairs! The bar is lively at times. Outdoor market on the weekends.

Very good hotel, well located and very modern. The service was exceptional and the breakfast was very good. I would only suggest to leave in the bedrooms 2 coffee capsules of regular coffee and 2 of the decaf, specially if there are 2 people in the bedroom.

Highly recommend the Luster Hotel in Lisbon!

Staff at check-in and throughout our stay were helpful and knowledgeable. Their spa was closed so they booked me a treatment at a nearby facility. Breakfast is very nice. Free coffee, drinks and muffins available to all guests in lobby. Rooms lovely and well appointed. Near to metro so easy to get around. Will stay here again when in Lisbon.

We loved the hotel and the area. Our room was next to the lift and we were worried that it might be too loud, but it was not at all. We could not hear a thing. While the hotel is in a busy but very nice area, our room was quiet. the hotel staff was really exceptional, kind and helpful. Breakfast was super and plentiful. We would stay here again.

A real gem in Lisbon!

This hotel is beautiful! Its so new and clean and designed beautifully. The rolms are high-tech and comfy. I wished we'd had a window that would open but the aircon was effective. The location is great as it feels like a business district but with many shops and the sightseeing buses minutes walk away. The hotel is spotlessly clean too. The food and drinks are really nice and have huge portions. The absolute best thing about this hotel is team. Every person we met was friendly, kind, helpful and nice, they do such an amazing job and I hope they are appreciated.

Our room had an awful smell of drains / rotten eggs coming from both the bathroom and the air con - we asked to change rooms but were told they were fully booked. Road noise in the room was also bad - certainly not soundproof. Breakfast was good, staff were lovely & the indoor pool was nice but would personally not stay again.
