I booked a room for four adults and paid a significantly higher price. I was disappointed to find that all they did was cram an additional bed into a small room, leaving barely enough space to move around. Given the extra cost, I expected more space and comfort, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I don’t mind paying extra for enhanced quality, but I didn't receive that during my stay. On a positive note, I must admit the location is great

The place is undergoing renovation, not dirty but still need improvements. The room was spacious as it was the restroom. The food was great, no complaints, the service was excellent in every-way, the staff was very eager to assist in every-way possible. I would recommend this place and will return for sure, maybe next time they are complete with the renovations. Cheers..

The only good thing was that they let us check in early, but besides that it was horrible. We ordered lunch and it took over an hour to receive it. There were only 3 other families there. To make things worse, my daughter found a shard of glass in her drink and they didn’t even apologize. They just took it away and gave her a replacement drink in a plastic cup. The bed sheets were dirty, pillows had black spots on them that looked like mold. The sink had a leak and the bathroom was very tiny. We didn’t dare use the pool. It was gross and murky, there was a film of sunblock covering it and they didn’t bother cleaning it, they just kept adding water. Our last day there, all the power and water went out. They never once apologized for that or even let us know. We ended up leaving early. Over all, worse experience ever and would not recommend. It felt more like a motel than a hotel. Staff was not friendly at all. ALWAYS READ REVIEWS BEFOREHAND.

Such a bad experience!! I'm upset that Expedia supports such a dirty place . No food / expensive/ Heath Hazzard. The room smells/ the terrible/the pool filthy /the seating filthy/the door didn't lock and had a half and inch opening that let all the mostitos in . The tv broken/ no internet . The admin doesn't care . We did not run away because it was late to find a different place.This stablishment should be banned from operating. It's not a hotel . Stay away . We plaid the price already so no one can have such a horrible experience.
