This property is beautifully renovated, nicely furnished and new appliances. It’s on a busy street but quiet building and totally quiet with balcony door closed. Easy walk to restaurants, beach, the old town. Public transportation 1/2 block away. The landlord is very nice! He helped us taking our luggage up the stairs. Had a box of candy welcoming us. I would give this property a 10 rating!
